Atlantis, Moving city

Proposal: Drawn anything related to the legend of Atlantis.
Atlantis is one of my favorite myths. But it was hard thinking of a plausible reason for people not to find it. The basic thumbnails, ahad a diver observing the city with a whale on the background and I started to think, with the supposed tech they were said to have, could they have prepared enough to make a mobile city if they had enough time to prepare? So this Atlantis was made inside an inactive volcano, and when they discovered/calculated what was going to happen they prepared using they probable grave its creatures as inspiration, Thus Manta Rey Atlatis City.
